DECEASED ESTATE ADMINISTRATION

Our average turn around time on estates vary from between six (6) to twelve (12) months.

APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTOR

We will apply to the Mater of the High Court for a Letter of Executorship and keep you informed of the status on each and every single matter.

ASSETS OF THE ESTATE

Once appointed will we identify all the Assets and Liabilities of the estate whereupon we will place the Assets under control.

FINANCIAL REPORTING

During this process we will assess the financial position of the estate, and then proceed with the draft of the Liquidation and Distribution Account. Once prepared a final account will be lodged with the Master of the High Court.

ASSET DISTRIBUTION

Once completed we will instruct for the disposal of illiquid assets and attend to expenses, liabilities, tax payment and the distribution of the nett assets in compliance with the Administration of the Estates Act, 66 of 1965.
