General Info
We protect our clients interests by verifying Contractors, Vendors, Plumbers and Handyman services on their behalf.
All our Vendors are vetted under strict protocols are in place to ensure Vendors are legit and comply with the rules and regulations as set out in our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Successful Vendors are allocated with a Vendor number and are then added to our database.
In this way we ensure that our clients are protected and references are done.
Vendors operate on a Algorithmic scoring system.
Should they default as a result of poor workmanship or other reasons, the Vendor will be penalized and eventually reported to the local authorities and removed from our database.
*All complaints are treated with utmost confidence and investigated thoroughly to ensure all parties involved have valid reasons for lodging a complaint and that this warrants further investigation.
All Vendors pay a joining fee, and a monthly fee.

Application Process
Submit queries to us via email or WhatsApp and we will issue you with the relevant documentation for completion and re-submission.
Our turn around time for vetting and accreditation is 3 to 4 working days upon receipt of the application form.
Successful Vendors will be contacted once vetted and validated.
The vetting will be screened at the Kouga Municipality.
Vendors will be issued with a Vendor number which is exclusive to that Vendor to validate that they are certified and an accredited body with us.
Vendors will be listed on our database and given to clients for quotation and service delivery.
